The rustic red barn is located just behind the farmhouse. The two story barn can be used for parties, vacations, and weddings. The lower level is complete with kitchen (including dishwasher), a small living room, hot tub, and plenty of space for a wedding reception or sit down meal.
The lower level can also be used as a sleeping space. The upper level has six twin beds, a pool table, t.v., and plenty of space to just relax. There is an adjacent balcony porch, with an exterior entrance to the upper level. Some decorations can be provided for decorating inside as well as outside.
THE FARMHOUSE
The warm Blue, two story farmhouse has a quaint, country feeling. With a full kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher), and three bedrooms upstairs, the house is a great place to vacation, or hold a wedding reception or party. Furniture in the house can easily be moved creating more room to accommodate dining parties and cocktail hours. The long stair case provides a great opportunity to take bridal party pictures or a grand entrance to a party. The house has a wrap around porch, overlooking part of the barn, front yard, and side yard where ceremonies can also take place. It is a great place to have over flow for a party, or the cake cutting for a reception.
The front yard and side yard can be used for parties as well. Covered by trees, the areas are shady, but tents can also be rented in case of bad weather. A small white backdrop is provided in the side yard, with a wooded back ground that can be used for wedding ceremonies. Also, a white arched bridge is located to cross the creek or for the perfect photo opportunity.
